What the service does

DeployFound audits your website the way AI crawlers see it, proposes technical fixes in plain language, and deploys the ones you approve into your Cloudflare account or your codebase on GitHub. Every deployment is verified with a fresh crawl, and the evidence is shown to you.

By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

Approval is yours

Every fix arrives as a proposal first: what changes, why it matters, what could go wrong. Nothing is deployed until you approve that specific fix. Connecting an account is never approval. Silence is never approval.

Reviewing a proposal before you approve it is your responsibility. The summaries are written to make that review possible without reading code, and the full record of every change stays in your account.

What we do not promise

DeployFound does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, or citations in AI answers. Search engines and AI systems make their own decisions from many signals, most of which no tool controls. Anyone who guarantees you a citation is selling you a story.

What we stand behind is narrower and provable: the change you approved was deployed, and a fresh crawl shows it working. If verification fails, the change is rolled back and the record says so.

Snapshots and rollback

Before any change ships, we snapshot the current state of whatever it touches. Rollback restores that snapshot. Rollback covers the settings and files DeployFound changed. It cannot undo things outside the change itself, such as a search engine having already crawled the changed state.

One honest limit worth naming: the llms.txt fix makes exactly one claim, the one its verification proves. The deployed file follows the llms.txt specification that Google Lighthouse checks in its Agentic Browsing category. Whether the file has any effect on AI citations is not proven, and DeployFound does not claim it.

Your account and your access

You are responsible for your account, your password, and the tokens you connect. Only connect sites and accounts you own or have clear permission to change. You can revoke our access at any time by removing the token where you created it.

Pricing and billing

DeployFound Pro is $149 per month per site, billed through Polar. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Deploying fixes is the Pro feature. Audits, fix proposals and rollback are not gated behind payment, and rollback stays available after a subscription ends. Accounts we comp, such as design partners, deploy without a subscription by our choice, under the same approval and verification rules as everyone else.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only on sites you own or are authorised to change.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or to harm a site that is not yours.
• Do not try to break, overload, or probe the service itself, outside of reporting a genuine security issue to us.
• Do not resell access to your account or share it with people outside your business.

Accounts that break these rules can be suspended or closed.

The service as is

The service is provided as is. We work to keep audits accurate and deployments careful, and the snapshot and verification loop exists to catch problems early. But no software is perfect, and we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the problem, or $100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

This section is a placeholder while DeployFound completes its incorporation. The governing law and company details will be added here when that is done, and the date at the top of this page will change with the update.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version goes on this page and the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be announced to account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
